By default, items appear on kitchen tickets in the order they were added to the cart. To change the display order, open the BackOffice and go to Items &gt; Display Order. Select <code>Kitchen Ticket Category Display Order</code> to open the list of categories. From here, drag to reorder the categories as needed.
