The name Radish perfectly captures our approach: quick, fresh, and distinctly memorable, bringing a fresh perspective to traditional POS challenges while maintaining the robust functionality you expect from our platform.
We've implemented comprehensive updates across our platform as part of this transformation. Our refreshed interface brings a modern, intuitive design that enhances usability while maintaining the reliable functionality our users depend on. Every aspect of the system has been refined, from updated visuals to streamlined workflows, to provide an enhanced user experience.
Added the ability to select bill denominations when opening/closing drawers
Added the ability to refund orders from past drawers
Order Lookup -> Select an order -> Press "Refund"
This can be used to refund the entire order, individual items, or the order's tip
Added the ability to enable the "Send and Stay" button under Settings → Functionality
This will send the order but keep the sent order open in the cart, so the employee can continue to ring in more items
Example: Server sends the appetizers so the kitchen can start preparing them, then rings in the rest of the food
BETA - Table Mapping
Table Mapping provides a digital visualization of your restaurant's layout where staff can track table status and assigned orders in real-time.
Table mapping is currently in testing and experimental, if you would like to beta test reach out to your Radish representative

Version 2.0.0 (Build 460) of Radish introduces significant enhancements and improvements that enhance the front-end user experience of the Register and back-office operations.
The search function now also returns orders that contain the search criteria in the Time, Customer Name, Table, Employee, and Amount fields
Addressed an issue with the styling of the buttons in the cash management pop-up
Addressed an issue where the tax was being subtracted from the Net Sales value in the item sales report twice
Addressed an issue where modifier names were duplicating when the user went to enter an item price

Improved User Interface
