If an online order needs to be voided at any stage, it can be done directly from the Register. Voided orders are moved to a dedicated section for record-keeping.<h2 id="z5mrd8re77i" data-toc-id="z5mrd8re77i">Voiding an Online Order:</h2><ol><li>Tap on an active or completed online order to view its details.</li><li>Press the overflow menu icon in the upper right corner.</li><li>Tap Void Order and select a reason for the void.</li><li>Once voided, the order will appear in the Void section of the Online tab.</li></ol>
