Enabling the Online Store

To start accepting online orders, you’ll need to configure your Online Store settings in the BackOffice. This includes setting up your store details, managing ordering availability, and defining business hours and prep times.

To enable online orders:

  1. Go to the Online Store tab in the BackOffice.

  2. Under Store Info, enter key details such as your business name, description, address, and contact information.

  3. Under Online Orders, enable or disable online ordering, temporarily snooze orders, and toggle Catalog Mode on or off.

  4. Under Hours and Closures, set regular online business hours and configure special hours or closures as needed.

  5. Under Prep Time, manage and create prep time presets to provide accurate order fulfillment estimates.
