With built-in prep time management, you can set accurate fulfillment estimates directly from the Register and configure preset times in the BackOffice. This ensures customers receive reliable pickup times, helping streamline kitchen operations.

Additionally, the system provides clear tracking of canceled and voided orders, keeping records organized and accessible. By centralizing all online order activity within the Register and BackOffice, staff can efficiently manage orders while maintaining smooth front-of-house and kitchen workflows.
