Receiving Online Orders

When a customer places an online order, it appears in the Register under the Online tab. Orders progress through different stages, ensuring efficient tracking from acceptance to pickup.

Managing Online Orders in the Register:

Online orders move through four sections based on their status.

  1. When an online order is placed, it appears under the Incoming section of the Online tab.

  2. Tap the order to accept it, moving it to the In Progress section.

  3. Once the order is prepared, tap the order to mark it as Ready, moving it to the Ready section.

  4. When the order is picked up, tap to mark it as Picked Up, moving it to the Picked Up section.

Handling Canceled Orders:

If an online order is canceled, it will appear under the Canceled tab for reference.
