Personalizing Your Profile in BackOffice

Customizing your profile in BackOffice lets you tailor your experience and keep your information up to date.

  1. Tap your profile icon or name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

Once on the Profile screen, you can personalize the following:

  • General Information:

    • Update your name.

    • Edit your associated email.

    • Change your associated phone number.

    • Select your BackOffice theme: choose between Light (default), Dark, or Auto.

  • Account Settings:

    • Choose a profile color from a collection of color swatches.

    • Set your system timezone.

    • Select your preferred language.

    • View your account ID.

    • View the app version currently in use.

  • Password:

After making changes, press Save to confirm and apply your updates.
