Resetting Your Password in BackOffice

  1. Tap your profile icon or name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Password section on the bottom of the Profile screen.

  4. Tap the Reset Your Password option.

  5. Enter your new desired password in the designated field.

  6. Re-enter your new password in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy.

  7. Press Reset Password to save your new password.

Note: Changing your password will sign you out of all your devices.
