Branding lets you upload and manage the logos and images used across customer-facing touchpoints, such as kiosks, online ordering, and customer-facing displays. To manage this setting from the BackOffice, go to Settings > Location > Business Profile, then open the Branding tab.

From the Branding tab, you can upload:

  • Primary logo – the main logo used across customer-facing platforms.

  • Small logomark – a smaller thumbnail version of your logo used where space is limited.

You can also upload branding for customer-facing displays:

  • Display Background (full) – 1708px (W) x 1068px (H), shown when the screen is not in use. Click Save once your selection is complete.

  • Cart checkout screen (partial) – 854px (W) x 1068px (H), displayed alongside the checkout cart. Click Save once your selection is complete.

Note: PNG and JPG file types are supported for all branding images. When uploading, you can crop and resize the image selection to fit.
