Register Payment Settings

The Payments settings in the Register allow you to customize how payment methods are handled during the transaction process.

  1. Tap in the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. Select Payments to access the available options.

Payments Options:

  • Prompt for Order Name/Customer: Enable this option to require an order name or customer for each order.

  • Collect Tips from Customers: Enable this option to allow the collection of tips from customers.

  • Accept Checks: Enable this option to allow checks to be used as a payment method for orders.

  • House Accounts: Enable this option to allow the use of house accounts, enabling credit or billing accounts for regular customers or businesses.

  • Gift Cards: Enable this option to allow gift cards to be used as a payment method in the Register.
