Register Drawer Settings

The Drawer settings in the Register allow you to customize how cash drawers are managed and used during transactions. Follow the steps below to adjust these settings.

  1. Tap in the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. Select Drawers to access the available options.

Drawer Settings:

  • Allow Multiple Drawers: Enable this option to allow the use of multiple cash drawers within the same Register.

  • Allow Reopening of Drawers: Enable this option to allow users to reopen a drawer that was previously closed.

  • Sync Orders Between Drawers: Enable this option to synchronize orders between multiple drawers.

  • Turn on Blind Drop: Enable this option to activate Blind Drop, a feature that hides the drawer contents during a cash drop for security purposes.

  • Require Denomination Entry When Opening/Closing Drawers: Enable this to require employees to count and enter quantities for each denomination instead of entering a total amount.
