Add Void Reasons

A void reason is a pre-populated explanation in the void dialog popup of the Register. It is applied to the canceled order for reasons you deem relevant. Void reasons simplify the process of voiding a transaction since the user doesn't have to manually type the reason for voiding the transaction.

Add Void Reasons in the BackOffice

  1. Log into the BackOffice.

  2. Click Settings > System > Void Reasons from the left-side navigation menu.

  3. Click the Add Void Reason button.

  4. Type in the Void Reason and click Add.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have entered all the Void Reasons into the system.
