Searching for Orders

The Order Search feature helps you quickly locate specific orders using various filter options.

  1. Tap in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap Order Lookup from the dropdown menu.

  3. Tap the displayed date range or Filters to access the search filter options.

  4. Adjust the filters as needed by setting the start and end dates, minimum and maximum amounts, order number, employee, or entering an exact Order ID.

  5. Tap Apply to view the filtered search results.

  6. Tap on an order to view its details. Available actions include:

    • Reprint Receipt or Resume (if the order is open).

    • Reprint Receipt or Refund (if the order is completed).

    • No actions are available for voided orders.
