View and Edit Employee Timecards

The Timecards feature in the BackOffice allows you to efficiently view, edit, and manage employee time records.

Step 1: Navigate to Timecards

Log into the BackOffice and select Employees from the left-hand side navigation menu. Then, navigate to the Timecards tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Manage Timecards

In the Timecards tab, you can:

  • View employee timecards, filtering by date range or employee.

  • Edit existing timecards by selecting a record and updating its details.

  • Add new timecards by filling in the required information.

  • Download timecard reports as a PDF or XLSX file for further use.
