Note that you can only place your accounts in dormant if you're paying month-to-month, are not on a contract, and plan to carry zero register licenses for a period of time.&nbsp;</p><h3 id="52qp4fp11pw" data-toc-id="52qp4fp11pw">What services do I receive with a Dormant account?</h3><p>After making your account dormant, you will still have full access to the BackOffice.
