Viewing Gift Card Sales Reports
The Gift Card Sales Report provides a detailed overview of gift card activity, including cards loaded and redeemed.
Navigate to Sales Reports and select Gift Cards.
Use the menu in the upper-right corner to adjust the date and time range or download the report as a PDF or XLSX file.
Report Details
The report includes the following sections:
Gift Card Summary:
Total Number Loaded: Total count of gift cards loaded.
Total Amount Loaded: Total monetary value of loaded cards.
Total Number Redeemed: Total count of gift cards redeemed.
Total Amount Redeemed: Total monetary value of redeemed cards.
Loaded Gift Cards Table:
Date Loaded: Date the card was loaded.
Gift Card Number: Identifier for the card.
Amount: Value loaded onto the card.
Total Amount: Combined total of all loaded cards in the table.
Redeemed Gift Cards Table:
Date Redeemed: Date the card was redeemed.
Gift Card Number: Identifier for the redeemed card.
Ticket ID: Associated ticket or transaction number.
Amount: Value redeemed from the card.
Total Amount: Combined total of all redeemed cards in the table.
