Voiding Online Orders

If an online order needs to be voided at any stage, it can be done directly from the Register. Voided orders are moved to a dedicated section for record-keeping.

Voiding an Online Order:

  1. Tap on an active or completed online order to view its details.

  2. Press the overflow menu icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Tap Void Order and select a reason for the void.

  4. Once voided, the order will appear in the Void section of the Online tab.
