Viewing the Time Segment Sales Report in Sales Reports

The Time Segment Sales Report provides insights into sales performance across different time segments, helping you analyze trends based on specific hours or periods. Follow these steps to access and review the report:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Reports section and select Time Segment Sales.

  2. Use the menu in the upper-right corner to set the date range and time range. You can also download the report in PDF or XLSX formats.

Time Segment Details Table

The data is presented in columns, which can be toggled on or off using the Columns drop-down menu. The available columns include:

  • Time Segment

  • Gross Sales

  • Refunds

  • Discounts

  • Cash Discounts

  • Net Sales

  • Tax

  • Subtotal

  • Tips

  • Gratuity

  • Total
