Viewing the Dining Option Sales Report in Sales Reports

The Dining Option Sales Report provides an analysis of sales performance based on dining options such as dine-in, takeout, or delivery. To access and review the report:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Reports section and select Dining Option Sales.

  2. Use the menu in the upper-right corner to set the date range and time range. You can also download the report in PDF or XLSX formats.

The report is divided into two sections:

1. Graph of Dining Option Performance

The graph illustrates sales performance for different dining options during the selected timeframe, offering a clear comparison across options.

2. Dining Option Details Table

Below the graph, a table provides detailed information on each dining option. The data is displayed in columns, which can be toggled on or off using the Columns drop-down menu. The available columns include:

  • Dining Option

  • Gross Sales

  • Refunds

  • Discounts

  • Cash Discounts

  • Net Sales

  • Tax

  • Tips

  • Gratuity

  • Total
